PEAK SEASON Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day plus Spring Break & Sand Fest $ 160-180/night* 7th night Free	OFF SEASON Labor Day until Memorial Day Weekend not including Spring Break or SandFest $ 120/night* $ 600/week* $ 1100/month	WINTER November & December January & February $ 105-120/night* $ 600/week* $ 1000/month
PETS FREE with minimum two month stay or $50 each for one month or $10 per pet per night* *all nightly & weekly rates are plus tax

How To Find Us

Port Aransas from Aransas Pass:  From the ferry landing, go straight on Cotter Street to the second traffic light, turn right on Alister to Ave. E.  Turn left on Ave. E.  We are only 2 blocks toward the beach, on your left at the corner of Ave. E and 10th Street.

If you will be arriving from Corpus Christi:  Take State Hwy. 361 through the second traffic light in Port Aransas, and turn right on Ave. E.  We are only 2 blocks toward the beach, on your left at the corner of Ave. E and 10th Street.
